A 20% Cancellation Fee or $20.00 (whichever is greater) will be subtracted from the credit you receive! 
NO SHOW” POLICY
If a customer does not appear at their designated pick up location at their reserved time without calling to cancel or change their reservation, the fare is nonrefundable.
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES: Smoking, drugs, *eating,*drinking, chewing gum, wet clothing, and bathing suits are prohibited in vehicles. All animals except for guide dogs are prohibited in vehicles.
Flat Rates Negotiated May be more or less per mile than our standard rates! 
The rates are based on the original information provided by the party traveling. Any deviation may result in additional charges. The driver must call the dispatcher for approval to accommodate unplanned stops and detours. If the actual trip miles exceed contract mileage, the Shuttle party will be billed for the additional mileage
